She was born in 1973 in Baku.
From 1979-to 1989 she studied at school No. 250 in the city of Baku.
In 1989 she entered the faculty of Planning and Economics of the Baku branch of the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics named after N.A. Voznesensky and in 1994 graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute with honors.
In 1991, she worked as a laboratory assistant at the Department of “Accounting and Auditing” of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics.
In 2001, she worked as a teacher at the “General Economics” department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Since 2003, she has worked as a teacher at the “Statistics” department.
Since 2006, she has worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Statistics.
In 2003, she defended her thesis at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics on “Statistical study of the demographic patterns of families in the Republic of Azerbaijan.” She is a candidate of economic sciences.
She is currently an associate professor at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, UNEC.
She is the author of the textbooks “Environmental Statistics”, “National Accounting System”, “Theory of Statistics”, “Household Budget Statistics”, “Environmental Statistics”, “Household Budget Statistics”.
